HAIR

____

You could curl First few strands of hair in the front, then curl the ends, take a headband, put in back of curls in front, then hair spray! That is called Curlsweetsweetcurls.

Or try the miley cyrus way, [edit] Straight "Hannah" StyleBlow hair dry/air dry

Apply straightening or heat protector to your hair, don't use too much.

Set straightener on high or close to high, depending on your hair type.

Gather hair and put off into two sections, like a pony tail. Try to keep your hair high so you can get under it.

Let one section down.

Straighten that section until completely smooth and straight.

Keep repeating these steps until both sections are really straight.

If you are scared, let your mom or someone 13 years old and up straighten your hair if you are uncomfortable doing it yourself.

Try using hair straighting shampoos and conditioners, such as herbal essences.

or

Crimped StyleIf you don't have a professional crimper, you can actually take a small section of your hair near the front of your face.

Braid this section half way. Do not put a ponytail holder on the end because it could melt into your hair during the next step. Test before trying.

Now you will need a straightener. Turn your hair straightener up to it's max, and carefully go over the braided sections. The thicker your hair the longer you'll need to hold the straightener on it.

Take a comb and slowly comb out the braid starting from the middle and working your way down .

If you did this right, your hair should be crimped. (Hair spray is optional.)

Also you could use the regular, Braidthetrade, wich all you have to do is seperate 3 peices of hair in the back, the braid 3 mini braids. Then braid the 3 braids into one braid, tie with hair elastic, then clip into a braid bun!

also:

you could get your hair cut.

MAKE-UP

________

light yellow, or green, or purple eye shadow

dark lip stick

light pink blush

brown mascara

i would do your hair in a messy bun and do smokey eye shadow for makup hope it helps!

I would like some hair and make uup tips/ styles to try out for school tomorrow! Thanks xxx?

Make Up:

1. Pick a nice shade of eyeshadow and apply it nicely on the lid. However, do not put too much or you will look like a whore LOL.

2. Put some white eyeshadow or liner in the corner or your eye by your nose. This will make your eyes look bigger.

3. Take some eyeliner and apply it to your top eye lid. Close to the eye lashes and about the same colour as your mascara.

4. Apply enough mascara to make your eye lashes look super long and really pretty.

5. Use some nice cover up and bush that suits your skin tone.

6. Apply some simple lip gloss with no colour so make it clear.

Hair:

1. I would straighten it and make it look nice and smoothe.

That is my opinion for you....Hope it helps.

you just posted a modelling question didn't youu? I don't think you could make it big in the modelling industry, but you could give it a go you are quite pretty!

just go natrual, bare minerals foundation, make sure your eyebrows are tidy and neat (after all they do frame the face!) wear lashings of mascara, and a touch of bronzer if you feel pale (because it's winter)

:)

Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

Okay so i have really thick hair. It's really wavy.

Everytime i wash it, when it drys, it gets POOFY and CURLY.

How do i stop that? Like what shampoo and conditioner should I use if i want straight silky hair?

Also, what other products should I use for my hair to become striaght.

PLEASE tell me in order how to make my hair straight.

Best answer will get 10 points.

=)

Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

This should help you:

閳?br>Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

best way is to blow dry it straight as possible, and then use the the straightener. They also make shampoos and products you can put in your hair to help keep it straight.

Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

Use lots of conditioner. And also I a revlon wet to dry straightner and let me tell you It is God's gift to curly hair. When your hair is damp, straighten it then (with this straightner) and you shouldnt have any problems.

Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

okay its really quite simple. chemical straightening, or a flat iron. and there really isnt anything you can do shampoo or conditioner wise to change ur hair "habits" (for lack of a better term). ur 2 best options are the flat iron or chemical straightening at a salon. and rox for spelling its Garnier Fructis. thats the stuff i use ^_^ its awesome

Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

My sister-in-law has that same issue! She uses Garne Fructise (sp?) and then uses a straightening serum. After that she does use her flat iron. It looks flawless!

Tips on how to make hair STRAIGHT?!?!?

There's basically 3 secrets to getting really straight hair.

1) Use a conditioner that is designed for straightening hair

2) Blow dry before you use your straightener

3) Use a serum before you use your iron

If you do those 3 things, you'll be all set. If you're not willing to do them, then you'll end up with semi curly/frizzy hair. It's really that easy.

Some products I'd recommend are: Herbal Essenses Get it Straight conditioner, Nexxus Heat Protexx, Special Effects Silk Drops

Does anyone have anyh good tips on straightening hair?

I just bought a straighting iron, and I can't seem to get my hair to cooperate. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have anyh good tips on straightening hair?

Hi, I actually read this really good article about tips for smooth straighr hair, you'll find more useful information there I'm sure:

http://www.carefair.com/Hair-and-Nails/H...

Does anyone have anyh good tips on straightening hair?

i have wavy hair, and straightnen my hair. I usually just blow dry it then straightnen it and it stays straight til i take a shower next. But of course I live in a very dry area. Where there is no humidity what so ever. When I go to humid places I use sunsilk straightning shampoo%26amp;%26amp;conditioner then straightnen it. So hope that works....

Does anyone have anyh good tips on straightening hair?

well I don't know what straightener you have and it really dpends alot on that but if you have the right tools then it should work out fine. You should definitly use 'hot straight heat activated straightening cream' from L'Oreal though to help protect your hair and to help enhance the features of the straightener. you should say what the straightener is, like if its a conair then of course its gonna suck, if you say sedu then i'm gonna say that there must be something wrong with you! sorry but sedu is the best. EVER.

Does anyone have anyh good tips on straightening hair?

I have very thick and wavy hair it takes miracles to get it straight but it is possible. I usually wash my hair use a good shampoo %26amp; conditioner i use Aussie) I either let air dry or sometimes I blow dry but that tends to make it frizzy. after i was it when its damp I put in a frizz serum.. Once completely dry I use my straighting iron which i purchased from Sally's beauty supply its the best the name brand is Gilbert is French I think it was about $40... Its a really good Iron I bought it like 3 years ago and it works just fine..The only other tip I can give you is to section your hair while straighting it that will make bone straight just do small sections at a time.

Does anyone have anyh good tips on straightening hair?

They keys are to do one small section at a time, make sure hair is dry before you start so you dont fry it(unless you have one of the irons that you can use on wet hair), and use the proper products!

Look for something that protects against heat damage (CHI makes some great products)to put on your hair prior to using the flat iron and after using it use a shine spray(I use the Tresemme Shine Spray....a little goes a long way, its cheap and doesnt weight hair down) to really make the hair look healthy. Spray the shine spray on your hands and just run your hands gently over your hair (avoiding the roots and crown)that way you avoid putting too much on and looking greasy.

Since I havent seen your hair I hate to give more specific advice so ask your stylist or go to a salon and ask what products they recommend. You can get good stuff at drug stores or stores like Target though!

Does anyone know any style tips for short hair past your shoulder by an inch?

I need new styling tips, because i recently got a haircut =/

Does anyone know any style tips for short hair past your shoulder by an inch?

Do a half up half down pontail but don't pull it all the way trough. Its really cute. It makes the hair in the back flip out. or some really cute headbands.

Does anyone know any style tips for short hair past your shoulder by an inch?

Curl it out or under for two different looks. Bobby pins on the each side maybe in a criss-cross to take some hair from your face. You could pull it half back in a pony tail, small clips or even a braid. Than curl the bottom half. I hope this helps. If you have layers looks cute to curl each layer out. Good luck with the new hair do.

I have blond short hair right to the tips of my shoulders i want a cute pony tail idea any suggestio

Curl all of your hair first. Then brush it and ponytail it. Pony tails wont be cute if you just tie it back. It only has to look low maintenancece, but if you really want a cute pony tail it really takes some time. Curl all the length of your hair first. Try a side part in the front. .

I have blond short hair right to the tips of my shoulders i want a cute pony tail idea any suggestions?

straighten it so its htink, put it in a high pony tail, then split it into 3 or 5 sections, and curl them! so cute and totasly trendy

I have blond short hair right to the tips of my shoulders i want a cute pony tail idea any suggestions?

My favorite thing to do when I put my hair in a ponytail is to add a ribbon. Or, to keep shorter layers tucked away, use a cute barrette.

How much dose a hair stylist make in tips per day on average ?

it depends where you work if you work in new york (high end) 300$ 500$

How much dose a hair stylist make in tips per day on average ?

Depends on the area you work in and the calibur of salon. The salon I'm a receptionist at is in a moderately affluent suburb of Houston and is a mid/high-end salon and spa. I'd say most of the stylists average about $60 in tips on a slow day and about $150 on a good day. Not as high as NY, but cost of living in TX is half the cost of living in NY. Also, are you referring to a commissioned salon or somewhere where the stylists rent stations? You're likely to make more $$ overall in a commissioned salon since you have no overhead.

I have a biracial 8 month old. her hair gets really dry and it tangles. any tips?

she has "white people" hair. its straight, it curls into nice ringlets when she is sweaty or after a bath. its not really thick. i get comments on how beautiful she and her hair are everywhere we go. she almost looks mexican. (she is white/black). i use sofn'free n'pretty carrot oil creme everyday and a detangler by the same brand. just wondering if there is anything better or any styling tips.

I have a biracial 8 month old. her hair gets really dry and it tangles. any tips?

My niece is 6 months old and biracial as well. Her hair sounds exactly the same as you are describing. I think as they get older the hair will tangle less. It tangles a lot now because it's so wispy even a slight breeze will put it in a knot.

We use a soft baby brush as needed and avoid putting anything else in it, since product build-up seems to make it worse.

I have a biracial 8 month old. her hair gets really dry and it tangles. any tips?

How about baby shampoo?? You can get some at any dollar store to try out and see if it works.

I have a biracial 8 month old. her hair gets really dry and it tangles. any tips?

GOOGLE CURLIE PUDDING WILL SAVE YOU AND A GREAT DETANGLING CONDITIONER LIKE NUMERO BY AVENA (10) OR SUAVE MIKE AND HONEY CONDITIONER (1) CHECK THE REVIEWS CHEAP AND GREAT.

I have a biracial 8 month old. her hair gets really dry and it tangles. any tips?

You have to use conditioner. My baby's hair was like that but I started using conditioner and it stopped getting dry and tangeled. Any age needs conditioner.

I have a biracial 8 month old. her hair gets really dry and it tangles. any tips?

im biracial my mom used some light hair cream and brushed it and lefted it alone dont do too much to it because shes just a baby and just getting hair let it grow out u can do real damage if the rubber band or barrettes are too tight or brushed too much it will get better i promise

To be honest, This webpage helped me a lot when trying to get tangles out of my daughters hair.

I am dying a friend of mine hair, black with blonde tips. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to

Do i dye the whole head blonde first and then paint the rest black, or tip it after it's been dyed black? what do i do!!??

I am dying a friend of mine hair, black with blonde tips. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that?

Dye the whold head black first and then bleach whatever part you want blonde, because if use regular blonde hair color you will get more of a brown color or goldish color..

I am dying a friend of mine hair, black with blonde tips. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that?

Okay you don't want to do that yourself. Get your friend to go to a salon and get it dyed there. It's a little expensive, but it is worth it, because there they will do it the right way and won't completely destroy your hair or anything.

And if you dye your friend's hair, and you do something wrong, she'll blame it all on you because it would be your fault, and I don't think you want that to happen.

This updo is for my high school homecoming dance. Last time asked my hairstylist to do a hair-do like this she said it was too "sexy" and did it different than what I wanted. It turned out okay, but I'd like a hairstyle I choose this time.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

I really don't think it's the hair that makes a girl too sexy...My advice would to be honest with her and tell her what you want...if she starts and you don't like it - tell her. You are paying for it and you don't want to leave disappointed. If she won't do it again because it's too "sexy" then go elsewhere.

Also, you could just try messing with it yourself. Get a bunch of bobby pins turn your head upside down and start experimenting with pinning small bits of hair up all over. Keep some bangs to sweep to the side when you are done. Also, a straightener will help with that.

Anyway, hope that helps.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

you are paying her to do it...so she should do what you ask

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

make sure you tell her if there is a problem

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

that wouldn't be hard to do at all- and it's not too sexy. If she refuses to do it the way you want request to speak to her supervisor and explain the issue-Good luck- that look is very cute!

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

remind her that you'repaying for it, and it's your choice. or got to a different hairstylist?

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

Tell her "if you don't do it exactly like the picture, I won't pay you."

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

get another hairstylist. it is a pretty and not "sexy" style. Maybe she is unsure of her ability to copy that style.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

Ask for a new hairstylist?

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

You'll have to change from stylist. I may think she kinda envy that you can be sexier than her.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

I'd go to another stylist if she didn't do what I wanted. Just be honest and say this is what I want even if you don't like it.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

all i can say is let her do your hair and if it doesn't look the way you want it to. make her fix it. your paying for it u should like it. don't be afraid to speak up if your unhappy with it!

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

she needs to do it the way you want. you are a paying costumer. If she doesn't do it right next time don't pay her, tell her that she didnt do what you want and that you shouldnt have to pay her

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

She'll do her best i'm sure. However if your hair texture, cut and length isn't just right, don't expect exactly the same results.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

Before you set up the appointment, show her the picture in advance and see if she will do that for you.

If she says something negative, I suggest you go to a different sylist. Who knows, maybe she only knows how to do a few different updo's and lacks creativity.

GL

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

communication is key. make it clear exactly what you want. since you cant tell how the back is in the picture explain what you want. The hair style is simple side swooped bangs in a sloppy pony-tail/bun. w.e she has. Just explain it well and youll get what you want

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

That seems pretty simple it shouldn't be too hard for your stylist to do. If you know a good stylist then maybe you should request him/her to do it instead.

That is pretty ridiculous if they say it is too "sexy." You are paying them to give you what you want, not what THEY think is best. Make sure you let them know that and take your money else where.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

Just tell her that this is the way you want your hair to look and if she can't do it she needs to let you know now so you can ask some one else to do it. You are paying for it so you should get what you want.

Good Luck!

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

Hairdressers are taught to compromise wtih their client, give them something that will look good on them, even if it's not what they want. However, that shouldn't have been her judgement to say your hair style was too "sexy"...just make sure your homecoming dress and makeup will compliment your hair, and vice versus...be assertive with your dresser or call around for another one who loves to do updos....generally if they like to do them, they can give you what you want...(not all hairdressers are good at them)....but if you find a new stylist, they might be more apt to want to please you since you would be a new client....

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

Make sure you clearly state that this style is what you want, exactly, no variations. If she insists on doing somehting different, tell her no, that this is what you want and if she can not do it for you, that you will be fine with finding someone who will.

Be assertive but not aggressive. Most hairdressers are paid on comission and tips, so losing you as a customer would make a difference, once she sees that you are completely serious about this, she'll likely reconsider and give you what you want.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

first ask your stylist if she can do that style, then ask her if your hair is the right length and texture to do it, if it is she she give you the style you ask for. if she refuses i would get someone else to do it. remind her word of mouth is a beauticians best OR worst advertisement.

I'm afraid my hairstylist won't do my hair like the picture. Any tips for making sure I get that look?

If you asked for a specific style and she did it different just because she didn't like it, you should not have paid for it and you should not go back to her. Get what you like and what looks good on you, if someone doesn't like it...then they don't have to wear their hair that way. I think it's very pretty and you will look awesome.

Does anyone have any tips for easy ways i can do my hair in the morning?

I have thick hair that is pretty wavy. It is a darker shade of blonde with some red in it- i have never colored my hair in my life, it's just naturally that way. every morning i general just pull it back in a ponytail. i would prefer to wear my hair down, but it's so frizzy about 2 classes into the day. do you have any styling tips and hairstyles? whether it's straightning or curling, little ponytail or just down. i have a lot of headbands to use to. i have some layers in my hair, but nothing that drastic.

Does anyone have any tips for easy ways i can do my hair in the morning?

If you can find a good stylist, get your hair layered. That will cut down on the thickness of it. Also, instead of blow drying or letting your hair dry with nothing in it, put an anti-frizz gel or mousse in it and let it air dry. You might find that it will look different and stop the frizz. I have extremely curly hair and have to wash it and put mousse in it and let it air dry to make sure it doesn't frizz. I also keep a ponytail holder in my purse just in case it does start to frizz during the day.

Does anyone have any tips for easy ways i can do my hair in the morning?

half ponytail (they look good with practically every hair type).............. also next time you are at the store try getting a shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. biosilk also works very well to reduce frizz (just put a very small dollop on your hand and rub it into your dry hair........ don't use it in the shower!)

Does anyone have any tips for easy ways i can do my hair in the morning?

Try dreadlocks.

Or shave your head.

Or embrace your frizziness and make it as big as possible.

Does anyone have any tips for easy ways i can do my hair in the morning?

in da morning after u shower or wash or hair (if u do, some ppl shower at night, this is best in da morning cuz then u wont have bed hair) after u wash ur hair jus use gel and mousse and crunch your hair, my hair is pretty frizzy but wen i do this da gel and mousse keep my hair in place, your hair should look nice. i hope this advice helps

I am an african american female trying to grow my hair wasit length any tips? Because my hair is growing slow?

Go and have some weaved in and get on with life

I am an african american female trying to grow my hair wasit length any tips? Because my hair is growing slow?

Hair grows slow, about a 1/2 inch a month, so it's not just you.. If you want it waist long and don't want to wait a year or two then you're looking at getting extensions.

I am an african american female trying to grow my hair wasit length any tips? Because my hair is growing slow?

Unfortunately, there's no way to get your hair to grow faster. All you can do is take good care of it so it can reach the length you want. Start by eating a balance diet rich in biotin and calcium. Make sure to condition your hair every time you wash and always trim the ends at least once a month. I know, I didn't want to trim my ends either but you have to cut off the split ends for it to grow.

I am an african american female trying to grow my hair wasit length any tips? Because my hair is growing slow?

It's impossible to make your hair grow faster, because it's genetic. Try hair extentions.

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

You would need to bleach the hair - just the tips - first and then using the color of your choice - pink - apply dye over the area. This is best handled by a pro - it will show if done right. But it's not an easy look to maintain - so be prepared for frequent touch-ups!

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

How old r u? This would look totally cool for a young person but if you r old, Im sorry but just dont do it.

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

If you want to tip your hair with any unnatural colour (pink, blue, green etc) then you will need to bleach the tip to a very pale shade first. Pink would look great as long as your brown hair is not faded or wishy washy looking to begin with. If it is a bit ho-hum, maybe you need to put a brown dye in a colour similar to your own in first (just to liven the colour up) then bleach the tips, lastly colour the tips. Probably easier if you have someone else do it for you.

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

Hi, I'm a hairdresser and I would recommend not to do this. I dont think it would look that good. You would have to bleach the hair to get a true pink, and because pink is an artificial colour it would fade very fast. You should seek professional advice. Go to your salon and have a consultation. Good luck

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

no. try black or blonde tips.

I have brown hair, i want pink tips would this look good or not show properly??

You would have to lighten the hair and apply the pink over to really show. I would suggest trying a clip in pink extension piece first before committing to this.

I found this site as well:

It's cool because it has wedding picutres starting with 1900.

Large bouquets of orchids and lily's were a favorite choice for flowers. Ostrich fans were also quite popular with the ladies. Set the ambience of the decade by holding your wedding reception at a lounge or decorate your chosen location as a cabaret or speakeasy.

Bootlegging was big business for many, so be sure to add some "moonshine" bottles along the bar. Set up an old-time photo studio and hire a photographer to shoot guests in old fashioned costumes. This would make a wonderful keepsake to give to your guests as favors.

For table decor, place a single large orchid in a crystal vase and drape faux pearls around the centerpiece. Add some rose petals to complete the look.

Present your guests with long fake pearl necklaces, a CD with music from the 20's, or a personalized deck of cards (gambling was extremely popular then.)

For entertainment you will definitely want a Jazz band or a DJ that has a variety of jazz and related nineteen twenties music. If your reception location has a large yard area, set up a croquet match, as this was a very enjoyable pastime for both men and women.

Not sure how to dance to the music? Hire a dance instructor to come in and teach you and your guests the Charleston, Lindy Hop and other slick dances of the 20's.

Do you have some flea markets in your area? I always see vintage clothing at flea markets. If you don't want to spend a lot, go to the local costume rental store. I'm sure they have 20's styles outfits for rent also.

Regarding the music, I know a beautiful song that has been covered by modern artists. The name of the song is "Always" and it was written by Irving Berlin. Do a search on it.

Try fascinators for your hair. They are feathery types of hair decoration. You could also use hair jewels.

As for hair, go for a bob. If the girls want to keep long hair that would be a problem, as most flapper girls kept short hair.

http://www.hairarchives.com/private/1920...

I am not sure about makeup but I am guessing it involved a dark lip and dark eyeshadow at night and a natural look during the day.

1920's themed wedding advice or tips, on clothing, hair, makeup, music?

Yes, they wore makeup - esp. mascara %26amp; rouge (blush) %26amp; lipstick. Headbands in hair. For shoes, look for some cute Mary Janes with a stockier heel, that would look realistic. Rent "Spendor in the Grass" (Natalie Wood/Warren Beatty) to see clothes, shoes, all of it.

They also wore long beaded necklaces, like pearls, to the waist.

1920's themed wedding advice or tips, on clothing, hair, makeup, music?

Music -

New Orleans Rhythm Kings

Bix Beiderbeck (the Wolverines)

Louis Armstrong (the very early years)

Jellyroll Morton

Vic Burton

King Oliver

Bricktop

Josephine Baker

Flappers rouged their knees

Shoes - a good substitute is the "character shoe" found at good dancewear shops - it comes in white, bone and black and costs about $50

Hair was bobbed at the chin

Bangs and spit curles were in

dresses were loose-fitting "sacks" with lowered waistlines

Hats were close fitting "cloches"

Pearl necklaces were long - down to the waist

Makeup on the face was very chizled - almost calligraphic - look for Theda Bera as an example.

Don't forget the head band with jewel and peacock feather

Look up topics like Roaring 20's, Prohibition, Flapper, It girls of the 1920's, Silent screen idols of the 1920's etc.

That should give you at least a start.

1920's themed wedding advice or tips, on clothing, hair, makeup, music?

Sounds like a fun idea! Have a big band play 20s jazz, ballads, and standards. any good band will know what popular songs to play from that era, or you can google a search for popular ballads/standards from the 20s. Finger wave %26amp; short bob hair cuts were popular. Have your stylist practice a finger wave hairstyle on your girls. Simple makeup with thin black liner %26amp; red lips. Shoes should be easy. Go to a dance studio or where they sell dance costumes/accessories. Look for t-strap heels. They look like maryjane style %26amp; since they're dance shoes, these are soft %26amp; comfortable for all night wear. Nude fishnet or mesh hose would be appropriate for a wedding instead of black. Have fun! :)

Tips for cutting your own hair!?

ok, please no rude comments..

I don't really care if you don't "approve" of people cutting their hair, but I prefer it!

I have cut my hair since 8 years old. Because the hairstylists I 've been to (numbered amount) all cut my hair either crooked, too short or completely uneven.

I LOVE cutting my own hair! I do layers and it looks great, however,

how do I do the back a little better? For some reason, they're are always some uneven parts, but not many?

anyone out there that 's cut their hair?

help?

thanks!!

xo

Tips for cutting your own hair!?

Cut your hair upside down. Seriously.

Turn your head upside down and pull your hair into a pony tail or to a point in the center of your head.

Twist the tail, twist, twist, until you have twisted a tight rope.

Trim the ends of the twist and let it go

Turn upright and your hair will fall into into long layers.

Try it, but just trim a little at a time. It will give you great layers.

Tips for cutting your own hair!?

You should let someone else do it. but here's a tip. get a mirror and scissors and then cut. Simpe!

Tips for cutting your own hair!?

dont do it

Tips for cutting your own hair!?

I've cut my own hair several times, and I've also cut hair for some friends. I would recommend going to you local beauty college and taking a basic/beginners cutting class to get familiar with a few techniques. Without some training, hair cut by oneself at home looks a lot like hair that was cut at home---there can be uneven ends, too choppy layers, or a flat, lifeless cut that lacks movement.

Usually I find that spending that extra $15-20 at a salon is well worth it to keep from looking like a "beauty school drop-out"

Tips on how to apply hair dye to already dyed hair?

I have dyed my hair with permanent red/brown color a few months ago, and now my dark roots are showing. I want to change the color to a deeper red, a shade or two darker then the dyed hair I have now. I was wondering, what is the best way to apply the new hair dye to my hair - roots first and then ends later with a shorter processing time; or ends first and roots last with a shorter processing time? I am afraid that the color will not be even, and am not sure if i should dye the whole head again as you would to virgin hair. thanks.

Tips on how to apply hair dye to already dyed hair?

30 days what are you talking about? Ok you're going darker thats no problem apply to your roots first then in the last 15 pull through to your ends. Remember going darker is easy going lighter is a pain in the butt! color will not lift color so you will have to lighten if you get sick of dark!

Tips on how to apply hair dye to already dyed hair?

Gotta Wait 30 Days After You Dye It.

Tips on how to apply hair dye to already dyed hair?

you dont have to wait 30 days. maybe one week, just so you dont dry out your hair. all you have to do is try a darker red color dye. i always dye over my hair. its easier to go dark to dark, than trying to lighten your hair. right now iam have the probelms of trying to lighten my hair. just make sure you use a good conditioner and also when i tryed to darken my brown hair to a nice dark reddish brown, maybe try having the dye on your head for only 15 minutes not the 25min. that some ask for. it might get so dark that you only see the reddish in the sun only. i hope i helped you...

Tips on how to apply hair dye to already dyed hair?

you need to get in there now and do the head since you are changing colors, got to do the whole thing when you change colors

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green (because they are in the same greenish family, they brighten the green in hazel eyes). In order to have that ultra-modern look you should use gold, lime-green, light green or bright purple shades.

Violet or purple eye liners make hazel eyes stand out green as well.

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

I say straight up black eyeshadow

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

I say you should use a shiny white eyeshadow but don't overdue it. Light colors should bring out everything in your face and hair since you already have dark hair %26amp; eyes.

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

Browns and dark pinks, mauves, tan neutral colors

Try some of these colors

http://www.ourrockminerals.com/7.html

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

Blue make light brown color eyes appear lighter. I use blue eye mascara all the time. I sometimes add (on top of the blue mascara) brown to it so people won閳ユ獩 tell it閳ユ獨 blue. and not only do my eyes look a lighter color but they also look bigger. ;)

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

Ok. I have hazel eyes and brown hair, what i usually do is only eyeliner, mascara and clear lip-gloss, but if you really want to use eye-shawdow use white eye-shawdow with a tint of pink.

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

golden sparkly eyeshadows

or white sparkles

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

What i Do is use a dark brown eyeshadow but just up t the crease of your eye, no higher.

Then use a light glittery gold colour and lightly go over the eye shadow you have already applied.

Using a blending brush helps.

Also this look, with eye liner and mascara gives you very dark eyes. So i would suggest just using a light suttle lip colour.

Hope this helps x

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

I wear a fern/olive green and I have hazel eyes and light/med. brown hair.

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

I have hazel eyes. The two eye shadows that I find to bring out my eyes are both by Avon. Sandy Corals and Fresh Cut Greens (the quads). They have 4 shades in them, and come with directions on how to apply all 4 at once. So basically, brown and green will make hazel eyes look great, considering that all hazel is is a mixture of brown and green.

Good eyeshadow tips for someone with hazel eyes and brown hair? (what colors, shading tips, etc)?

My hair is brown but i have blue eyes. I use

mascara- Almay, one coat nourishing, triple effect

eyeshadow-normally:

Rimmel Cool Touch Shadow in 083 on ice or 053 ice princess (on the lid) , Mayballine New York Shadow Stylist in Romantic Pink (right under the brow)

lips-Burts Bees Lip Shimmer in Rhubarb or Watermelon

but if im going out i usually use:

mascara- Almay, one coat nourishing, triple effect (always)

eyeshadow- Merle Norman Pink Halo and/or Gilded (on the lid), Merle Norman Long Lasting Eye Color Trio in Earthly Delights (the lightest one under the brow it opens up your eyes), and Loreal Hip shocking shadow pigments in 848 Tenacious ( all over lightly)

eyeliner- Elizabeth Arden espresso or taupe (smudged)

lips- Elizabeth Arden lipstick in Starlight 25

this works for me all the time and i get sooooooo many compliments. hope this helps

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

9 year old girl

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

That is so cute, i love that outfit. well maybe you can do two ponytails. more to the back so you'll have space to put the ears. and for makeup, you should put some lipgloss and blush, thats it. or paint some whiskers. for jewelry, i dont think you should put jewelry, the outfit will be to overwhelmed.

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

No makeup. maybe some dark pink blush w/ freckles, made w/ eyeliner. or kiddish makeup.

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

First you need to decide what she is going to be. Will she be a something pretty like a princess or a fairy? Or has she outgrown that and wants to be something more like a witch? I remember when I was 12 some of my friends went as a bag of jelly beans! Once you decide on the costume you can then figure out hair and makeup. She may even want to wear a wig! Hope this helped!

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

it is Good to try 2 match.if the costume is a princess a curly Bun or strait hair.the lid area should be a dusty pink and a little darker pink further up and a lip gloss.

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

me, as a 14 yr old, i'd think this is a kinda slutty thing for a 9 yr old to wear. did u look at the teen version? but it is cute if you did it the right way. just some light pink blush on the cheeks, same with lipgloss. silvery eyeshadow. jewry, look around in claire's they have some cute dangley earings and necklaces. for the hair just pull it straight back into a medium pony.if the hair's too short, braid it on either side. if it's REALLY short, try curlying it with a small iron on low heat. i think the curls all around the 'ears' would be really cute. sometimes they have ear and whisker sets that are different colors, so yuo could get all in 1! hth!!!

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

curl your hair..makeup maybe a small amount of light pink eyeshadow with pink lipgloss andd small amount of light pink blush [like the picture] and jewelry ..a pink pearl necklace maybe?

I need hair, makeup, and jewelery tips for this costume?

Maybe some pink lipstick and blush and not to mu ch jewelry

My buisness is going deeper and deeper into the ground dose anyone have any tips its a hair salon?

are you priced competitively? how do you differentiate your business from the super-cut syndrome? as others have addressed you may need to work on adjacent opportunities and marketing of your services to boost your margin per transaction

assess how you are losing ground (not enough customer volume, too much working capital, part time business, low margin per customer), then build a plan to address the issue(s). check in with the local chamber of commerce too, they may be of assistance. wish you good luck!

My buisness is going deeper and deeper into the ground dose anyone have any tips its a hair salon?

Have you thought of working with any local wedding planners that can refer your business to their clients?

Also, you can have a free drawing for a free haircut, color, style (whichever you decide) but the drawing can bring business to your salon.

My buisness is going deeper and deeper into the ground dose anyone have any tips its a hair salon?

How many chairs do you have? Do you have room to lease out chairs to other stylists?

Are you selling hair products? If so, but you are not selling much, consider cross marketing with a beauty supply shop - put their marketing materials in your salon in exchange for them putting yours in theirs.

Do you offer facials or any other spa type stuff? If not, maybe lease some space to someone that does to draw more customers to your shop.

My buisness is going deeper and deeper into the ground dose anyone have any tips its a hair salon?

The first three answers are good. Here is my tip to add. Do something that will generate publicity. It can be some kind of contest or some event that will get the media interested to report. Brainstorm with employees to see what will work best. Things with children and animals tend to have the most coverage, so keep that in mind.

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

Without buying products?

And does using cold water on your hair make it shinnier rather then using hot water?

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

yes conditioning your hair in cold water makes it feel softer but its not really good for your hair it makes the conditioner build up on your hair so while it might make good for a while you can pretty much guarentee you will have some serious build up on your hair in a short time i recommend doing a hot treatment with conditioner ... take the conditioner put on your hair get a hot towel wrap it up put a dry one on top of it and let it sit 15 min and rinse throughly do that a couple times once a week and if will make for shiney healthy hair

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

shiny?if you want it shiny and glossy then do this okay be4 you wash ur hair use some olive oil in ur hair and then wrap it up for like 30 mins and then wash it with shampoo and conditioner keep doing this for a month and do it 2 times a week

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

Wash your hair with shoompoo only in room temptature and condition it with cold trust me i do all time and if your afraid to get in cold water then dont go in the pool!

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

First wash your hair. Then totally saturate it with baby oil. Let it sit for a minute, then wash your hair again and condition as usual.

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

Use warm water, not cold or hot, cold can make it more brittle and hot will make it dryer. using mayonnaise (NOT the fake stuff!) is good, slap it on there like you would do with conditioner once a week or so and let it set in for about 30 minutes than rinse out. Also, beer, poor beer all over your hair and let it sit about 30 minutes then rinse out. And then there's olive oil (do not use veggie oil etc, just olive) get a few tablespoons of olive oil, put it in a leak proof container and put it in a bowl of hot water until the olive oil is warm, put the olive oil in your hair, try to keep it away from your scalp unless you have a dry scalp, leave it about 20 minutes then shampoo and condition your hair as normal. Try not blow drying you hair as often, blowing it dry can make it frizzy. As far as products, don't use V05 or Suave, they are horrible for your hair as is most hairsprays. When you do buy products look for ones that have little to no alcohol in them and try some "ethnic" products. Hair products, even cheap ones, that are made for "black' or "ethnic" hair are MUCH better quality than the ones made for Caucasian hair.

Any tips that make hair more shinnier and controlible?

I think my hair is just naturally shiny, so I never worried about this. But I have noticed that using a blow dryer or when girls use curling/straightening irons it makes it more dull looking. Hydrogen peroxide will make it shiny. The normal stuff they use to bleach hair is like 50% strength, I think. I used 3% (the stuff sold as an antiseptic) to bleach my hair from like a dirty blonde to a golden blonde, since I figured I could just apply it more times and have it be more even, which did indeed work. After just wetting mine with the 3% once a day for 2 days, I noticed it was getting more shiny, but wasn't really lighter at all. After probably half a dozen times doing this, it finally got as light as it is now.

Using the cheap 3% stuff sold as an antiseptic actually works quite well. It's cheap, like $1 for a bottle, you probably have some around, and it should be used up every couple years anyway since it naturally breaks down over time.

Controllable though, I don't know anything about that. Short hair like mine is always easy.

Need makeup advice! Cappicino skinned and black hair w/dark brown eyes! Tips would be nice!?

I'm just wondering what colors would look great on me! I have brown skin, black hair, and dark brown eyes! Some products might not work since im african-america! I need to know what color eyeliner would make my eyes pop and shine, and what color lip gloss would work on me! and also im a teenager so nothing to extreme! Thank u for ur time and effort and advice =D!

Need makeup advice! Cappicino skinned and black hair w/dark brown eyes! Tips would be nice!?

I'm brown skinned as well (tan) I think browns, beige's and golds would look great on you,I think you should use brown or black eyeliner and rub a little Vaseline on your lashes, use clear shiny lip gloss or medium or neutral pink lip gloss,as for your skin complexion it's very difficult to get an exact face powder of my shade because the face powder is either too dark or too light, you can either get one light face powder and one dark one and brush both powders on your face and blend both of them well,or you can get a face powder closest to your skin tone, and take that and put some baby powder and brush evenly to your face,if the makeups too dark, baby powder would make it look lighter.

I have really green eyes, bright red hair and fair skin. Makeup tips please?

I'm basically clueless when it comes to makeup, so I'm wondering how I should do my makeup for everyday..

Green eyes. Red hair. Fair skin.

Any ideas?

I have really green eyes, bright red hair and fair skin. Makeup tips please?

First, find a foundation that matches your skin tone. Find three foundations that look like they match your skin spot on. Make a thin stripe of all three colors right next to each other on your jawbone. The one that looks as if it has disappeared into your skin is your perfect (closest) match.

Green-eyed girls are lucky because they can wear any shade of eyeshadow they please. Try to find at least a three-pan, but I prefer five-pans because you have a much livelier variety of looks you can accomplish.

Take the lightest shade and sweep it over your entire eyelid, up to the brow line, and out to the outer corner of your eye. Take your middle shade and, starting from the middle of your eye, sweep this shade slightly up over the crease and out to the outer corner of your eye.

Next take your darkest shade. Starting at the halfway point between the middle shade and the outer corner of your eye, apply your darkest shadow here, again slightly over the crease of your eye. Tap off the excess shadow from your brush and blend the three colors together -- not up to your brow line, just at the crease, back and forth from corner to corner. You'll be amazed how awesome this looks.

Go with a brown mascara for daytime as black may be too harsh for your fair features to handle. Black is okay for nighttime when a bolder look is necessary.

The trick is to get people to notice your eyes, not your eye makeup. You can use a liner, if you so choose, that compliments your shadow.

Find a blush that matches your undertones -- if you have pink undertones, go with pinks; peach undertones, go with peaches, and if a gold undertone, go with neutrals. Apply your blush over your cheekbone starting from the temple downward. This will ensure that you don't get a big glob of color right in the middle of your face. You can smooth out the color with a tissue, again sweeping first up into your hairline, and then gently over your cheekbones to help pick up any excess.

Lipstick is like blush and foundation. Go with your natural undertones. Pinks, blue reds and wines for pink, neutrals and orange reds for gold, peaches for peaches. Go lighter during the day; darker, bolder colors at night.

Hope this helps!

I have really green eyes, bright red hair and fair skin. Makeup tips please?

Your eyes and hair naturally complement each other, but if you want to make things pop...try a shimmery purple eye shadow with gold undertones...check out mac.

I have really green eyes, bright red hair and fair skin. Makeup tips please?

You're probably eye catching even without makeup, with those assets!

Typically, especially with your coloring, less is more. I have similar skin, eye, and hair color. I go with eyeliner, mascara, a little blush, and lipstick. Foundation if its not melting hot outside.

I have really green eyes, bright red hair and fair skin. Makeup tips please?

A spring green eyeshadow and a red lipstick is great.

you sound exactly like me! fortunately being a redhead with green eyes means endless possibilities. i use bare minerals every day, and i will not ever go back to normal makeup again. With BM i can use almost any color.... and get away with it. I use to colors most of the time. My main eye shadow is summer. it is a light brown that is really shimmery. the blending color i use for the top part of my eye is sunshine. My eyeliner I alternate between black, dark brown, and purple. Alll of my eye pencils are Mary Kay. my mascara is cover girl. i know that it is kind of expensive but you really cant go wrong with any color in BM. Plus it helps if your mom worked for Estee Lauder for years! My mom knows a bajillion and one makeup tricks. The trick to the eyes is to cover it all the way to the eyebrow and the way to do that is to blend your colors. use something that is a little darker and looks good with your eye on just the lid. then take a lighter shimmer color and start where you left off wth the first color. take that all the way to the end of the eye then keep going above that line and above that line until you have reached the eyebrow. flip your eye brush over and blend over the entire eye with it. it will lighten the lid color as well as blend the two easily. I can pull off an emerald green or a grape or a bright blue with that trick. the eye liner. start on your bottom lid and follow from jsut past your tear duct to the end of the eye. make a little tick mark in the corner of the eye, it will help hide the crows feet a little better as well as make your eye look bigger. then do the same to your top lid. with mascara, an easy way to make your eye lashes look lots bigger is to put on a white primer coat of mascara, then immediately follow with your black or brown mascara. if you use black mascara use brown eye pencil because it makes the black look less harsh. hope this helps

I have really green eyes, bright red hair and fair skin. Makeup tips please?

My friend has a look thats similar to that...she has naturally red hair and fair and freckled skin, so she usually chooses earth tones or something thats not too bright, and she doesn't overdo it...mascara and eyeliner, a light colored lip gloss is good, and earth tone eye shadow too.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

Please, don't put a bunch of household gunk on your hair, it's messy and you'll regret having to clean it up. Also, do you really think people walking around with beautiful hair, slather it with eggs and olive oil as often as possible? I doubt it.

Use serum on dry hair or a good leave in mask, GHD do a great one. If you have tried everything, then try washing your hair with some conditioner like Pantene Sleek and Straight or Herbal Essences (they do really nice think conditioners) BEFORE you shampoo then put it on again after. Also try washing your hair at night and leaving the conditioner on overnight and washing it off in the morning.

I straighten and blowdry my hair everyday and it's not dry when I use serum on dry hair and condtioner twice.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

mayonaise or baby oil once a week leave it on rinse it out

Any tips 4 dry hair?

Water, it makes things wetter

Any tips 4 dry hair?

When my hair starts to get dry I use a deep conditioning treatment and put a bag or towel on my head while it soaks - usually for about 30 minutes. You can also leave a little conditioner in your hair after you wash it and style as normal.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

Chi shine infusion. I love it. All of the chi products are made for flat irons. They're Keratin Spray is also good to condition your hair and protect it from heat damage.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

Make sure you are applying a heat protecting cream before you straighten your hair! You can buy it at any salon or drugstore. Also use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

Any tips 4 dry hair?

i have the same problem, my hair stylist got me Krystas by L'Oreal oil treatment, you apply it on your hair after a shower for max. 20 minutes and then rinse it off with water, your hair is shinier and softer and smoothes out the dry ends at the tips of your hair.

the box is either green or pink

Any tips 4 dry hair?

Try to avoid using overly hot dryers and heat-styling implements, and wear a hat or scarf if you're going to be exposed to sun or wind for a long time (at the beach or skiing, for instance).

Don't wash your hair every day -- unless you have an oily scalp, only shampoo often enough to remove dirt and buildup, about two or three times a week.

here you may find some more tips about preventing dry hair: http://www.jurgita.com/articles-id4.html

Any tips 4 dry hair?

wash your hair with beer, atleast every 2nd day.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

I use Sunsilk supersoft. It makes your hair so soft after you use it.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

a good deep conditioning treatment like aussie 1 minute miracle is good and using a serum and heat protection spray while using your straighteners is also a good idea

i wouldnt personally use olive oils or mayonnaise but that's because i never have and i wouldn't want to clean it up afterwards lol

good luck

Any tips 4 dry hair?

My hair is very dry due to constant bleaching. I use a good conditioner, then when hair is still damp comb a very small amount of baby oil through your hair. I also use cider vinegar in the final rinse, you may think that would be drying but it isn't, it gives a fantastic shine and gets rid of shampoo and styling product build up. The disappears before your hair is dry as it evaporates.

There are also some good serums on the market which you apply to dry hair. Some are specially made for use with straightening irons. They protect from further damage.

My trick is:

When am not going out, a sit with conditioner on my hair for a couple of hours or all-night and wash it out the next day, I also use a conditioning spray and a heat protector spray on my hair, this will help to restore your hair's normal pH balance and of course this weather doesn't help.

Any tips 4 dry hair?

okay well first you need to blow dry it that's the best tip you know and then you have to use a flat brush while drying it but you know curls are coming back try letting it drip dry and curl up don't even brush it see if you like it on you i like it on me :)

Any tips for curlying hair?

i have longish thick hair and it used to curl really well but the past few times ive tried its ended in disaster. ive tried using curling products but its still droped before iv left the house :-(

Any tips for curlying hair?

maybe you need to try a different style.

if you have lots of layers in your hair that wont make curling easy. and dont try to curl your hair when you have just washed it as its more likely to drop out.

too much product will make your styles heavy and also make it drop out.

Any tips for curlying hair?

loads of hairspray only solution!

Any tips for curlying hair?

spray it before you release each curl. i think you should use aussie super hair spray. (big purple bottle) hope it works for you!

Any tips for curlying hair?

my hair is the same as urs. first of all u need atrim this always makes it go really curly. after u shampoo ur hair put in a leave in conditioner and then comb through ur hair witha wide tooth comb. apply sum gel and scrunch leave to dry natualry dnt blow dry it for best results. when ur hair is dry spray a little hair spray onit. try it.gus luck

Any tips for curlying hair?

I have the same thing and what you should do is braid your hair in a french braid from the top part of your hair to the bottom when its wet then sleep in it then in the morning take it out and play with it a little don't brush it and it makes your hair curly and wavy at the same time so try it and see how it works also put in a liitle mousse or gel

Any tips for curlying hair?

Try buying the new GHD Styler it's really good!

If that doesn't work get professional advice from a salon.

Any tips for curlying hair?

my hair used to be the same. the best slution is hair spray. try not use too much hair products as this will make your hair go greasy. spray each curl once u have curled it and it should last all day.

Any tips for curlying hair?

Try using a larger barrel of hair curler! I have the same trouble except that mines never gone good with the little barreled ones! and use major amounts of hairspray and moose!!

Any tips for curlying hair?

Have u tried rollers? they are all different sizes to create different curls ie tight or loose etc. or have u tried curling tongs? if u do try them then wash ur hair and put some mouse in before u dry it, then once the hair is dry use the curling tongs to create the curl u want. the mouse helps to keep the curl for longer and if u choose to try rollers u would be best to get some one to do it for u! can i ask what length ur hair is as the weight of the hair may be too much for the curl to stay for a long time.

Any tips for curlying hair?

good old fashion hairspray while tonging it works every-time

Any tips for curlying hair?

I find that using straighteners is the only way to curl my hair! I can't use tongues they just don't work. I use hairspray after to keep it in place.

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

her hair is short it does not even come passed her ears .

she adds alot of gel to make it go into a ponytail .

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

Rule no. 1 - you can let her start eating healthy. no. 2 - keep her hair moisturised (make sure her hair products do not contain petroleum or mineral oil), a good choice is Wild Growth Hair Oil. no. 3 - wrap her hair in a silk or satin cloth at night. no. 4 - keep her hair braided as much as possible; not too heavy since I assume she is still a child or you can braid her natural hair. no 5. wash her hair every two weeks, and use a detangler to avoid excessive shedding along with a wide tooth comb. no. 6. since she's a child give her a multivitamin daily.

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

eat healthy food

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

Uh.... I know! TIME!

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

Let a professional treat it. Men seems to do womens hair the best so find u a good man hairdresser and let her visit him like every 2 weeks. Keeping the ends trimmed on black or ethnic hair usually helps also.

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

well when my lil cousin was small her hair wouldt grow so my mom told my aunt to only cut the ends of my cousins hair %26amp; now its really long!

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

lots of indian women use cocnut oil. it isnt a miracle worker but it somewhat does help. also her hair will be healthy looking. massage it into her scalp..preferably when its wet....like after a shower. apply a hot wet towel to the hair for 4-5 minutes or so and repeat this as often as u like. she can leave it in while sleeping and wash it out in the morning. you cant just put cocnut oil and go out because it makes the hair look really greasy. wash it out with just water or a little conditioner and her hair will be soft and coconut will help her grow her hair.

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

There are hair vitamins formualated specially for hair growth. Also, this may sound like an "old wives tale," but it works: Brush hair 100 strokes every night. It really doesn't take that long, and it stimulates hair growth from the root.

My Lil sis has real short hair can u give me tips of how to make it grow?

Just wait. Some people's hair takes a while to grow, other people's hair grows quickly. I'm guessing hers takes a while. Don't trim it, cutting it WON'T make it grow faster, no matter what anyone says. Hair is dead outside of the scalp, so how does the hair know you just trimmed it and it should grow faster? You just have to wait, but don't worry, it will grow!

I have extremely frizzy, poofy, curly hair. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle it?

I just got a haircut, and I got it layered a bit (not at the top) because the hair lady said that that would make it a bit less heavy.

I have extremely frizzy, poofy, curly hair. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle it?

you should be cutting you hair with concave layers

(layers that start short and get longers

this help decrease the volume and help control and give you shape.instead of triangle poof or round poof.

use products that are cream based and not crunchy ..nobody want crunchy curl.

Condition! Twirl around your fingers while drying it. Do not ever comb when dry! Apply a bit of hair polish or cuticle coat, use accessories like a Jamaican-colored Headband and wear it with attitude! :) Curly hair is sexy!

I have extremely frizzy, poofy, curly hair. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle it?

I have curly hair,, and layers and the top layers go frizzy,, so i use curly hair shampoo. And sone curling stuff that you put in it when its dry to keep the frizz down . It works really well and doesnt go frixxy for a long time after.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Do get this checked out at the vets but I reccomend daily brushing outdoors, decent low sodium diet and put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on his food each day this helps maintain a good coat, you can use your standard cooking oil i.e. sunflower oil or flora it really works.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Do some research on canine diets and look at the food that you're giving your dog to make sure it has all the vitamins and minerals he/she needs. Excessive shedding can be a sign of vitamin deficiency, but I can't remember which vitamin.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

hi a bird moults and a dog casts, could it be extremes of temperature.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

I take it you have a shedding problem? What type of dog is this?

You can control shedding by brushing everyday

Shaving the dog and keeping the fur cut short. Only cut the fur if she is a house dog or if you live in an area that doesn't snow.

Can't afford a groomer trim her yourself. A good pair of scissors or clippers works great. You will get better at it each time you do it.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Sounds like he/she needs something in their diets. Protein, I'll bet. Try putting an egg in their food.

Also....do you brush him frequently? Thats a major issue with a lot of breeds like Labrador Retrievers.

Good luck with Fido....:-)

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

I think you need to get it away from the booze!

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Make sure he has a good diet.. Ask the manager at Petsmart.. ALSO.. as I do with my dog that molts every minute.. I brush her every day with a curry comb.... I get off tons of hair and still has hair loss.. BUT.. the bottom line is that by brushing every day your dog, it will reduce the headaches.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Fish oil capsules specially formulated for dogs--you can find them at just about any pet store or online.

Daily brushing...My boxer enjoys getting vacuumed, believe it or not (brush attachment) but the other pup is afraid of it. Test that out.

And there's these rubber "mitts" basically with these little nubbies on them, that works really really well, also cuts down on having to bathe the beast, too!

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Brush your dog daily, it should control most of uncontrollable hair around the house and the dog will love all the new attention from you

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Assuming you have sorted the diet if needed, we have found the best way to get the fur off our cat is to vacuum it. If you can turn the vacuum on without the dog bolting, then you may be able to do it. Just remember to not get worried about it yourself, and the dog may just think its a great game.

You are going to have to vacuum the hair up anyway - why not just get it at the source?

Oh, and by the way, the word you are after is "moults". Weird, yes?

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Give him PEDIGREE only. Force him to eat it as it really has the best nutrients. if ur dog eats non-veg n no veg., get de non-veg. 1. It'll stop shedding on its own.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

My dog does this too, try brushing him ((outside)) every day that generally helps to reduce the amount that gets left in the house. If you have fabric furniture or rugs and carpets and the vac won't pick all the dog hair up then try a damp rubber glove or a damp sponge that usually works for me, there are are vacs that are available especially for pet hair but I don't know if they are any better than normal vacs.

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

Depends on what kind of dog you have. I had a client who had pure bred dogs that would cast their coats twice a year or if it got unduly hot. Can't remember the type, but they were large dogs with thick coats. Also, diet definitely can affect a dogs coat. All dogs (other than poodles and hairless dogs) shed to some extent, combing, brushing and good diet can help. I used to use a piece of tape (like duct tape) stuck to my hand all the way around to "brush" over my clothes and furniture when company was coming and my Persian/angora mix had finished laying on everything. Helped, but did make it all go away, just made it all presentable. Good luck!

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

brush her!!! every day

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

dont be silly....treat your dog to a good hair conditioner and treat yourself to a good hoover lol :)

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

my boarder collie used to malt all the time i found that a wet wipe gets up most hairs or a damp cloth

Our dog malts 24 hours a day every day all year round tips wanted on hair removal?

I put the little brush attachment on my hoover and hoover my boxer, silly dog moves around so I get all of her. She will be malting now to get rid of her summer coat and grow thicker winter coat.
