Tips on bleaching hair?

yes you will have to lighten it first and no it will not damage it and you can straighten it providing you look after your hair with good conditioner

Tips on bleaching hair?

No, yes, yes. Good luck. hehehe

Tips on bleaching hair?

You will have to use a bleach to lighten your hair. Buy a box of lightener or bleach. I recommend Garnier 100%. Get a friend to help you. Follow the directions.

Yes, it will damage your hair so you'll want to spend some extra attention to deep conditioning afterwards. I use a product called Cholesterol. You smear it in your hair, put a plastic bad over your hair and relax in the tub for 20 minutes or so-it will make your hair really soft.

Yes, you will be able to straighten it afterwards, but be aware that the process is damaging, so you will be adding to the damage of your hair.

Also, the first time you do it, you may not get the result you're hoping for. You may have to do it a second time. Also, get yourself a blue shampoo-one specifically for bleached hair to tone down the brassiness.

make sure that you dont use too much bleach, as this happened to me, and it has made my hair really dry! =[ x

Tips on bleaching hair?

never leave bleach on for more than 30 mins if you only wanna go a couple of shades lighter a tint will lift the hair and is much kinder any lighter then use bleach but only lift to yellow colour then colour what you want but be warned it could go green if you use a colour with no warmth. to achieve platinum blonde then leave bleach for about 30 mins checking at 1o min intervals then use a toner
