Yes! make sure you bleach it good.....like really good(clear blue bleach kit works good) or BW bleach then Tone it so its basically white or silver......ATOMIC PINK by SPECIAL Effects it looks freekin awsome I had half of my hair done like that.....my aunt did it...... check it out :)
