Do i dye the whole head blonde first and then paint the rest black, or tip it after it's been dyed black? what do i do!!??

Dye the whold head black first and then bleach whatever part you want blonde, because if use regular blonde hair color you will get more of a brown color or goldish color..

Okay you don't want to do that yourself. Get your friend to go to a salon and get it dyed there. It's a little expensive, but it is worth it, because there they will do it the right way and won't completely destroy your hair or anything.

And if you dye your friend's hair, and you do something wrong, she'll blame it all on you because it would be your fault, and I don't think you want that to happen.
