Use a curling iron....if you want the curls to well, use hairspray before you curl.

Take bunches of about an inch thick of hair, spray it a touch with hair spray (prefferable aresol) and then use the curling iron...they will hold better!

if you want permanent curls go to the salon, but of you want temporary you can curlers like the use in rebonding, or put a setting lotion in your hair curl it then blow dry while curlers are still on your ahair . .end presto you have cirled hairs already

I personally have naturally curly hair so it's easy for me. Strait fine hair hmmm I suggest a good shampoo and conditioner for starters that is light on your hair to give it bounce after you wash and condition say at night put curlers in and let them dry overnight and in the morning take out the curlers. This way your not frying your hair with a curling iron and it remains healthy. Use a diffuser on your blow dryer and let it fall with your head down and use a conditioning moose with out harsh chemicals like Palmer's Cocoa Butter moose. Hemp is good too. Style how you want it and if curling with an iron do it when it's slightly damp. Use moose because it's light. I use gel and scrunch but I have a lot of hair with several textures. Curly hair has a flat follicle strait round. Have fun.
