That is so cute, i love that outfit. well maybe you can do two ponytails. more to the back so you'll have space to put the ears. and for makeup, you should put some lipgloss and blush, thats it. or paint some whiskers. for jewelry, i dont think you should put jewelry, the outfit will be to overwhelmed.

First you need to decide what she is going to be. Will she be a something pretty like a princess or a fairy? Or has she outgrown that and wants to be something more like a witch? I remember when I was 12 some of my friends went as a bag of jelly beans! Once you decide on the costume you can then figure out hair and makeup. She may even want to wear a wig! Hope this helped!

it is Good to try 2 match.if the costume is a princess a curly Bun or strait hair.the lid area should be a dusty pink and a little darker pink further up and a lip gloss.

me, as a 14 yr old, i'd think this is a kinda slutty thing for a 9 yr old to wear. did u look at the teen version? but it is cute if you did it the right way. just some light pink blush on the cheeks, same with lipgloss. silvery eyeshadow. jewry, look around in claire's they have some cute dangley earings and necklaces. for the hair just pull it straight back into a medium pony.if the hair's too short, braid it on either side. if it's REALLY short, try curlying it with a small iron on low heat. i think the curls all around the 'ears' would be really cute. sometimes they have ear and whisker sets that are different colors, so yuo could get all in 1! hth!!!
