I have extremely frizzy, poofy, curly hair. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle it?

I just got a haircut, and I got it layered a bit (not at the top) because the hair lady said that that would make it a bit less heavy.

Condition! Twirl around your fingers while drying it. Do not ever comb when dry! Apply a bit of hair polish or cuticle coat, use accessories like a Jamaican-colored Headband and wear it with attitude! :) Curly hair is sexy!

I have curly hair,, and layers and the top layers go frizzy,, so i use curly hair shampoo. And sone curling stuff that you put in it when its dry to keep the frizz down . It works really well and doesnt go frixxy for a long time after.
